91 Digital Innovation Hub Photonics (DIHP) Ein wichtiger Akteur, um den Transfer von neuen Ideen und Forschungsdesigns aus dem Bereich der Optik und Photonik in die konkrete Anwendung zu fördern, ist der »Digital Innovation Hub Photonics« (DIHP). Gemeinsam mit dem Schwesterprojekt »Leistungszentrum InSignA Innovation HUB« (iHUB) bildet der DIHP die »Thüringer Innovation Hubs«. Sie werden vom Freistaat Thüringen über das Thüringer Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Landwirtschaft und Ländlichen Raum gefördert (TMWLLR) und sollen innovative Startups beim Wissens- und Technologietransfer unterstützen. Dabei werden sowohl Ausgründungen aus der Wissenschaft als auch Kooperationen von externen Startups mit den wissenschaftlichen Einrichtungen in Jena und Ilmenau unterstützt. Einen Kern der »Thüringer Innovation Hubs« DIHP und iHUB bilden die jährlichen Ideenpitches für Gründungsinteressierte als auch für gegründete junge Unternehmen mit innovativen Ideen im Bereich der Optik und Photonik. Hier haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, ihre Projekte einer Jury aus Technologie- und Marktexperten vorzustellen. Diese wählt anschließend die Preisträger aus, die eine wissenschaftliche Begleitung erhalten. Beim DIHP-Pitch 2025 präsentierten zehn Projekte ihre Vorhaben in fünfminütigen Präsentationen. Am Ende konnten sich die Firmen MUNIQUE Technologies GmbH aus München und CoherSense UG aus Lübeck sowie Dr. Daniil Karnaushenko und sein Team von der TU Chemnitz, Tobias Weber von der EAH Jena, Mihail Granovskij und Sergej Uchatsch aus Jena und Dr. Dmitriy Mitin vom Fraunhofer IOF durchsetzen. Diese wurden von den Forschungseinrichtungen auf dem Beutenberg-Campus gezielt wissenschaftlich unterstützt. At the DIHP Pitch 2025, 10 projects presented their ideas in five-minute presentations.
